We are carrying out a feasibility study for an office relocation in 2017/18. Existing buildings which will become vacant within this time frame are of interest as are development sites where a pre-let could be agreed.

Requirement:

  • Location: Bracknell and 10 mile radius
  • Size from: 40000 sq ft
  • Size to: 70000 sq ft
  • Tenure: Leasehold or Freehold
  • Timing: 2017/18
