10 May Hannah Taylor-Brewin scoops award at Thames Valley Property Awards
The fifth annual Thames Valley Property Awards culminated in a gala dinner at Ascot Racecourse last week. Attended by approximately 700 guests and hosted by England rugby player Martin Bayfield, the seventeen award categories celebrated the achievements of developers, agents, planners, consultants, lawyers and dealmakers throughout the Thames Valley.
Hannah Taylor-Brewin was nominated for the Young Property Person of the Year by Morgan Lovell, who also hosted the Page Hardy Harris team at the event. This award is presented to a person under 35 working in property – including professionals, architects, planners, or those working in the newer areas of property tech.
Hannah joined the Page Hardy Harris team in 2014 and is currently studying her degree with University College of Estate Management, alongside working full time for the company. Nick Hardy, was delighted with her nomination ”Hannah is an outstanding individual with an impressive skill set and a calm head that belies her age of just 22. She is comfortable working across all property sectors including Office, Industrial, Retail and Leisure and has been the leading surveyor in over 30 transactions during the last 12 months.” These sentiments were backed up by a number of Page Hardy Harris’s clients:
Charlie Senior, of XLB “Hannah is committed and driven and this is evident from her success where she handled a complex deal with great care and attention to detail. She is a pleasure to work with”.
