- 329 Bracknell owned by McKay Securities has seen 8 transactions completed by Page Hardy Harris in the last 6 months, totalling circa 6,000 sq.ft. In line with increasing grade A office rents in Bracknell the quoting rent has increased from £18.50 to £22.50.
- Bracknell Beeches – letting of 9,000 sq.ft plus another recent deal of circa 2,700 sq.ft at a rent of £18.50 psf.
- Ashurst Manor, Sunninghill, Ascot – circa 5,000 sq.ft letting for Orbit developments.
- Cheney House Wokingham – multiple lettings since the start of the year totalling circa 7,000 sq.ft. – quoting rent continuously rising.
On Wellington Business Park, Crowthorne there were numerous units sold on the estate. Freehold values have been increasing over last year. Knightway House in Bagshot, circa 5,000 sq.ft, was let following a refurbishment of building.
In the Page Hardy Harris Maidenhead office,they acquired a private investor searching for an office investment in the area and successfully found & negotiated the purchase of The Old Barrel Store, a serviced office centre in Marlow town centre.
In Taplow office space was let at Lake End Court, 96 High Street in Burnham and in Twyford there were lettings at Pavilions for London Based BMO Asset Managers. On Maidenhead High Street offices were let on behalf of FI Real Estate and 6 High Street Datchet was let on behalf of Sorbon Estates. Other clients include Campmoss Properties, Black Rock Estates and Copas Properties.
