Last Year Page Hardy Harris were introduced by CBS to Orthofix Ltd to locate and secure a new office in White Waltham providing advise throughout the process. Kieran Webber from our Maidenhead Office headed up the acquisition.

Working in this way also optimised the process for all parties, allowing a more specific set of properties to be targeted following initial brief, and CBS were then able to provide immediate advice as to how the client could interpret the space.

Another deal that Page Hardy Harris have worked on with CBS is the letting of First Floor Unit 2 E-centre.
CBS were introduced to Embarcadero by Page Hardy Harris following a request for a local fit-out company that would be able to assist with their new space at E-Centre in Bracknell. Although in this case Embarcadero had already selected their space and the process was already underway CBS were able to advise from the outset on their fit-out plans and costs, to run in parallel with legalities.
