New tenant for refurbished office suites at Greenwood in Bracknell

The first office suite at the newly refurbished Greenwood in Bracknell (Canmor) has been let to Micron Europe.  The global leader in the semiconductor industry has agreed to a new lease for 7,787 sq ft on part of the third floor at the front of the building, paying an annual rent of £163,527, equating to £21 per sq ft.
