He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and has worked in commercial property for around 20 years, becoming one of the founding Directors of Page Hardy in 2002. He is well versed in commercial agency and professional work and also has many years of experience as a Director for a commercial property investment company. He lives and works in the Thames Valley and served on the steering committee of the Bracknell Investment Group which supports the Bracknell BID. He has also served as a Governor of Bracknell and Wokingham College, assisting with the move to their new building in the town centre. Nick is a Chartered Environmentalist and takes an interest in the sustainability of commercial buildings and how this impacts the property market.

In his free time, Iestyn is a keen sports enthusiast and enjoys playing almost any sport with a ball involved.
