Page Hardy Harris are delighted to have won the Estates Gazette Most Active Agent in Berkshire Award 2020, for the seventh consecutive year.  Hannah Taylor-Brewin of our Bracknell office also picked up the Most Active Dealmaker Award for Berkshire, succeeding Nick Hardy, also of our Bracknell office who won the award last year.

Hannah commented  “The last few months have been testing for the Berkshire market with the commercial sectors all faring differently. We have seen industrial and freeholds go from strength to strength and seen reassuring signs that the retail market remains resilient but the office environment continues to face challenges, while many occupiers come to terms with home working. There are however still plenty of deals taking place within the wider marketplace, activity levels have picked up and we remain optimistic as we go into the final months of 2020 and the new year.”
