Page Hardy Harris Training Programme

As a company we take pride in our training process, which we believe will guide our employees to become high quality Chartered Surveyors.

We currently have three team members training to become RICS qualified; Kieran Webber, Hannah Taylor-Brewin and Sophie Holmes.

Kieran graduated from the University Collage of Estate Management (UCEM) in 2019 and is now working towards completing his APC.

Hannah is currently awaiting the result to her Real Estate degree at UCEM having just completed her dissertation:

“Studying whilst working has been a really enjoyable process. It’s enabled me to learn on the job and gain real life experience which has proved invaluable in my studies. I’m now really looking forward to getting started on my APC with the view to getting Chartered next year!”

Both Kieran and Hannah worked full time throughout their degree. Their hard work and dedication is recognised in the industry, with Hannah winning Young Property Person of the Year at the Thames Valley Property Awards in 2018. Kieran followed up with an extraordinary double by winning the same award in 2019.

Sophie started her Degree Apprenticeship at UCEM in September 2019. The Degree course takes four and a half years. Once graduated, like Kieran and Hannah she will enroll for her APC to become a RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor. Working and studying at the same time has the added benefit that you can fast track the APC process, which is shortened to 12 months to reflect the workplace experience you already have.

Apprenticeships are becoming an increasingly popular route into the property sector as you have the added benefits of learning on the job, putting your knowledge into practice and earning a salary while you learn.
